Abstract
During Donald Trump’s first term, the “Trump Shock” brought world politics into an era of uncertainties and pulled the transatlantic alliance down to its lowest point in history. The Trump 2.0 tsunami brewed by the 2024 presidential election of the United States has plunged the U.S.-Europe relations into more gloomy waters, ushering in a more complex and turbulent period of adjustment.
